WHAT RTP99 IS
RTP99 Platform is the administration and identity layer behind enabled RTP99 business applications. Individual products remain focused on their own operational jobs, while Platform provides workspace, access, configuration and integration context.
PRODUCT FAMILY
RTP99 includes customer relationship, Voice AI, invoicing and restaurant POS capabilities. Products can have different deployment, provider and data requirements; being part of the same family does not mean every dataset is automatically shared.
GOVERNANCE
Trusivic is the RTP99 governance and trust product family for voting, policy, compliance and related organizational workflows. It is linked from Platform as a related product while remaining separately deployable, so governance systems can evolve without coupling them to restaurant or commercial operations.
AI
AI-enabled features are designed to help with tasks such as approved-knowledge responses, drafting and operational assistance. Tenant content is not used to train an RTP99-owned general-purpose foundation model. Configured third-party AI providers may process submitted content under their applicable service terms and settings.
