RTP99
Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using RTP99 websites, Platform workspaces and enabled applications.
Effective September 28, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service apply to RTP99 public websites, Platform workspaces and RTP99-hosted applications unless a separate written agreement governs a specific service. By using the services, you agree to these terms and represent that you are authorized to act for any organization whose workspace you access.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for protecting account credentials, using assigned roles appropriately and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer for abuse, bypass access controls, or use RTP99 services for unlawful activity.
3. Customer and tenant data
Customers and tenants retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and permissions associated with information they submit. RTP99 processes that information to provide, secure, support and improve the contracted services. Product-specific workflows may rely on third-party providers configured by the customer or RTP99.
4. Payments and third-party services
Payment processing, messaging, telephony, AI, email and other integrations may be provided by third parties such as payment processors or communication providers. Their availability and terms can affect the corresponding RTP99 feature. RTP99 does not hold itself out as a bank, card network or telecommunications carrier.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep services reliable, but maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, hardware failures or security events can affect availability. Features may change as products are improved. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date or other reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
RTP99 software, branding, interfaces and documentation remain the property of RTP99 or its licensors. Customers keep ownership of their own content and data, subject to the rights needed for RTP99 to operate the service.
7. Warranty and liability
Except where a written agreement states otherwise, services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. RTP99 is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party systems, customer-controlled configurations or events outside reasonable control. Any contractual liability limits in a signed customer agreement take precedence.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal requirements, nonpayment under an applicable agreement or material breach. Customers remain responsible for exporting information they are entitled to retain before a planned termination when export functionality is available.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the RTP99 contact form.
