RTP99
Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information RTP99 processes, why it is used and the choices available to users and customers.
Effective September 28, 2026
Information we process
Depending on the service, RTP99 may process account details, organization and tenant configuration, application records, support requests, audit/security events, device and browser information, transaction metadata, and content submitted to enabled workflows.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, deliver requested features, operate and secure services, troubleshoot issues, communicate about support or service activity, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Service providers and integrations
RTP99 may use infrastructure, payment, email, messaging, telephony, monitoring and AI providers to deliver configured features. Data shared with those providers is limited to what is needed for the relevant workflow and is subject to the provider relationship and applicable terms.
AI-enabled features
RTP99 does not use tenant business data to train an RTP99-owned general-purpose foundation model. When a customer enables an external AI provider, prompts and related content may be processed by that provider according to the selected service, configuration and provider terms.
Cookies and sessions
RTP99 uses session cookies and similar technical storage for authentication, security and application continuity. Public marketing pages may use essential technical data needed to serve and protect the site.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the product, customer configuration, operational need, contractual obligations and legal requirements. RTP99 uses access controls, audit mechanisms and other safeguards designed for the services it operates, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Workspace administrators can manage many application settings and user permissions. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion should normally be made through the organization that controls the relevant tenant. General privacy questions can be sent through Contact RTP99.
